I wore this navy blue dress as a guest at a wedding. My date was the father of the groom so the dress had to be a little extra special than the average wedding dress for a guest. This dress is a perfect mix of class and sass. Comfortable yet fancy and stylish. The one sided cold shoulder and subtle wide bow on the other shoulder along with POCKETS really make this dress extra special. Pockets are good for tissues and dollar bills for the dollar dance. Size down if you are not top heavy. This dress should be fitted for waist and breast. It is very flattering and hides the tum, hips, butt and thighs. Which is where I'm heaviest at. I sized down to medium (I'm usually a large). I wouldn't size down if you carry a lot of weight in your mid section and are larger than size 38 D. I am 5'2" and have a short torso. Weigh about 165lbs and size 38 D bra size. For the bra... I actually wore a normal bra and just cut one of the straps. You could always tuck the one strap but I didn't mind cutting off one of the straps since I'm sure I will wear this dress again. This dress is suitable for just about any event or even a fancier date night. Definitely a staple peice to have on hand. It will be one of my go to dresses. Classy met sassy and they had a baby. ?This dress was perfect for my daughter. She decided to go to her school’s homecoming dance at the last minute & we couldn’t find anything at stores. So we took a chance on this dress in blue velvet! It was gorgeous! Looks more expensive than it is. It was a little long for her but we hemmed it. She blinged out her Nike 1’s to wear with it! So so cute! She wears a size 10 & is too heavy. We got a large and it fit her so well.Black/Medium: I bought this dress to wear to a wedding as a backup to another (way more expensive) one that I was trying to lose a few pounds to fit in (comfortably). Even though I lost those few pounds I’m so glad I decided to wear this one instead! The day ended up being very warm (almost 90) and this was very lightweight and had pockets to hold a compact, lipstick and my phone. What else could you ask for?!?!Material (black) is not see through and has a nice stretch to it. I typically wear a large but after reading a few other reviews I got a medium. Fit perfectly.I’m a big believer you get what you pay for and this is worth every bit of 40 bucks and then some.This dress fit like it was made for me, was extremely comfortable has two beautiful pockets the off the shoulder is very comfortable the bow was not big I got tons of compliments on the color of the dress and the fit the skirt flows beautifully and is not see-through I thoroughly enjoyed wearing this to my nieces weddingI loved the dress but unfortunately I had to return. I usually wear a small and this was too big around the torso. Length was perfect tho! Great fabric and stretch and I LOVED the pockets!!So flattering and comfortable! I want it in all colors. True to size and even could size down if I wanted since it’s so super stretchy but amazing quality fabric. Very pleased.Ordered a few different colors because I couldn’t decide and intended to keep two. Unfortunately, the stitching along the collar of one (dusty pink) came undone and the third dress (light green) was about 2 inches smaller in the waist than the others of the same size. Loved wearing the one I kept and had fun dancing in it at the wedding. I’d still like to have a second one but now I know what to look for when it arrives. Fabric is heavier than expected but it was fine for a July outdoor wedding in MI. There is some stretch to the fabric and the pockets were helpful. One of the dresses had a design variation with a band of fabric at the waist — seemed to make no difference in functionality, just wasn’t expecting it. Great experience with the one I kept and looking forward to wearing it again.Returned. I didn't like the fabricGorgeous dress. Good quality material. Lovely colour (wine). Fits true to size. It is a bit longer when on than shown in the picture. Thought it would be knee length but was about 2 inches below knee. Love the pockets.
