I am 5'1'' and 135 lbs. I usually wear a size 10 in day-to-day clothing. Based on my measurements and the sizing chart provided, I ordered a size 14 in this dress. The strap was loose, the chest area was not nearly as flattering as the images looked even though I am pretty well endowed, and the fabric was very shiny navy while the product images portray it to be matte. Ultimately, I ended up returning this dress because it didn't fit well and I didn't feel it was high enough quality to take to a seamstress and pay more money for.Fit greats, other reviews said it ran small so I ordered two size higher than what I normally wear. I Wear a size 16-18 jean and ordered an 20. I could have probably been comfortable in a size 18. The synch lacing was the best you can get it nice and tight. There is boning inside which was also great. I'm a 40 D chest, I had to get the sleeve altered and bust taken slightly in. The material was light enough to still enjoy a 90 degree outdoor wedding. I was comfortable in it all night. Between the cost of the dress and the alteration I still spent less than I would have going through a boutique. Very happy.Also my cousin ordered other ants dress with two straps, looked great on her. She just needed the straps taken in which we just sewed ourselves.The dresses where great! I was weary about ordering dresses online for quality purposes but I was pleasantly surprised. I had to take in the shoulder straps on all 3 that I bought but that was super easy.First, check the shipping cost -- $24. That's the price of the dress plus an extra $24 and change. Second, it's a beautiful dress, however, it takes 2 people to get you in and out of it. It has elastic bands with snaps, which is kind of like putting on a bra, but more difficult. then you have to arrange the modesty panel in the back and tie up the corset-style back. I returned the dress, which cost $23. And, the return label didn't allow me to send it back to the distributor. It came out with the address of the factory in CHINA. I had to pay to send it back to China.So be very, very, super sure you want to buy or keep this dress. Never buying from this vendor again.I really loved this dress, but you can not get into it by yourself with the lace up in the back. If you have help it is very cute on, but much to complicated unless you have someone patient to help.You never know when ordering from overseas but I had to take the chance and I'm so glad I did! This dress is beautiful and fits perfectly. The quality is better than expected... even the corset back, the way its reinforced is awesome! This is going to be perfect as a bridesmaid's dress!Great quality dress. I usually wear a 4/6 in a dress but bought an 8 and very glad I did! It does run a bit small but the lace-up back helps with a customizable fit.Its a really good dress
