Beautiful dress, was a hit at the function, was loved by all!!!Dress arrived in perfect condition. Dress fit perfectly and was constructed well.Beautiful dress. Could not use it because the color wasn't exactly what I thought it was. Although it is the same color as in the picture, it's just that once it arrived I discovered that it did not match my color scheme. We ordered a size 4, for a woman who's about 4 months pregnant and usually wears a size 2 so it was a little tight.First of all the dress is very beautiful. Even though I custom ordered according to my measurements it came before expected, but too large and very, very long. I contacted the seller who has an excellent customer service and they refunded me money towards getting it altered. Can't wait to have this beautiful gown.Product fit well and looked fairly well made but the gradient on the fabric sharply changed from the back to the front.I ordered the Black & Red #2 dress. First off, the materials, fabric, and structure of the bodice all have the feel of a clunky, cheap bridesmaid's dress. But my bigger issue was the ombre effect. Which was the whole reason I bought the dress. The red doesn't come up from the sides to a peak in the middle. It's essentially a horizontal line across the entire front, not starting to slant down until about where your fingertips fall at your sides. Also, the fading from one color to the next is only a few inches high and very abrupt. It doesn't really "fade" at all. The entire color transition ends up being awkward and weird. Doesn't look right. Amd definitely doesn't give off that mysterious sort of look it should.The dress is lovey. I am very busty, and it accommodates that very well. The corset back is nice for getting a custom fit. There’s boning in the top which might be enough for someone to go braless, but not me at a 40 K. I’m 5’9” and it was at least 4 inches too long in 4” heels. The problem with that is that the most beautiful part of the dress is the bottom. So, to hem it, you really lose a lot of the “look”. I talked at length with the seamstress about taking it apart at the waistline and lifting from there to save the bottom of the dress, but it just wasn’t a possibility. Due to the corset back which is longer than the waistline, and the delicate fabric there was just too much that could go wrong. We compromised with a hem that looses some of the ombré in the front, but doing it in such a way that it tapers and turns the back length into a train. Once it’s done, it will be nice for the black tie wedding I’m attending. But I’m settling at this point and losing out on some of the detail that drew me to this dress to begin with.One of the hooks for fastening the neck was too bent so it couldn't fasten.Fyi you cannot dress yourself and need someone to help you corset it up.I have about 36A cup and although I gave ALL the measurements they asked for in order to customize for my size, there is no way the bodice was going to fit me.The hem was correct.I paid for the new fastener at the neck and for the tailoring of the bodice (as well as I paid to have it cleaned). This cost me $65 or so to alter. That's basically the cost of the dress.Every bridesmaid had to pay to alter the bodice of the dress.We did look good though.The dress was nice but one of the bust cups was sewn in wrong and the bodice didn't fit correctly. Due to the rouching on the bodice and diamond detail it would cost too much to have altered. Sadly had to go buy another dress.Dress only required minor alterationsGreat service dress is what we expected
